Position Overview

Talloo is seeking an ambitious and driven Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is focused on building relationships with local businesses, introducing Talloo’s suite of digital marketing and community-driven solutions, and driving long-term client success.

Unlike traditional sales roles with one-time commissions, this position offers a residual earnings model—allowing Account Managers to grow their income as they grow their client portfolio. Instead of starting at zero every month, you’ll build ongoing revenue streams tied directly to the solutions you sell and maintain.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with local businesses across Boise and the Treasure Valley.

  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking to build trust and uncover client needs.

  • Leverage Chamber events, community networking, and Talloo Hub connections to generate leads.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for accounts you bring in.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and solution alignment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and customer activity in CRM.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client goals and budgets.

Revenue Growth

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Grow recurring revenue streams by cross-selling and upselling Talloo’s digital marketing and community solutions.

  • Build a personal portfolio of clients that contributes to long-term earnings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required).

  • 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience (digital marketing or services industry preferred).

  • Proven ability to develop relationships and close new business.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient with a growth mindset.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and small-business services is a plus.

  • Must have reliable transportation for in-person meetings and networking.
