Position Overview
The Project Coordinator at Talloo plays a key role in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of client and internal projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, digitally adept professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear communication across stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality work in alignment with Talloo’s standards and mission. This is an on-site position in Boise, Idaho and requires daily presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation through completion.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accountability.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
Provide regular project status updates and flag risks or bottlenecks proactively.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
Operational Support
Assist with client onboarding and reporting processes.
Monitor project performance, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines.
Utilize CRM and project management tools to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
Quality & Compliance
Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment.
Support continuous improvement in project workflows and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, account management, or operations (internships and entry-level roles accepted).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
Digitally proficient with project management software, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Ability to work on-site daily in Meridian, Idaho.
