Position Overview

The Project Coordinator at Talloo plays a key role in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of client and internal projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, digitally adept professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear communication across stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality work in alignment with Talloo’s standards and mission. This is an on-site position in Boise, Idaho and requires daily presence in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination

    • Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation through completion.

    • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accountability.

    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

    • Provide regular project status updates and flag risks or bottlenecks proactively.

    • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Operational Support

    • Assist with client onboarding and reporting processes.

    • Monitor project performance, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines.

    • Utilize CRM and project management tools to track progress and maintain data accuracy.

  • Quality & Compliance

    • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment.

    • Support continuous improvement in project workflows and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, account management, or operations (internships and entry-level roles accepted).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Digitally proficient with project management software, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

  • Ability to work on-site daily in Meridian, Idaho.
