I referred business to a member and they did not follow through or acted unethically, what can I do?

First, we know this situation is uncomfortable and sometimes people do not meet expectations for a number of reasons. That being said, Talloo does not act as an arbiter in disputes. Our recommendation is to calmly and in good faith, approach the person and request an explanation. If you are not satisfied with the response, do not spread the story, simply do not refer the person more business. This is just a recommendation.
